Our recent water difficulties is an example of issues needing to be addressed.  I’m told our aging water treatment systems are not designed to handle the present use demanded of it.  This is a serious problem, like our water mains and sewer/storm lines, needs to be addressed.

We need to begin to look at creative solutions without merely throwing money and hoping a problem goes away.
