Blaine feels a loss of accountability at all levels of government.  Though he has some strong opinions about things he believes the accountability the Council requires lies in voter accountability.  Regardless of my personal feelings, I will seek to do as the majority of those who put me there wish.

*About brown fields - Doesn't town owned environmentally unsound grounds prohibit development of safe affordable housing?

*About brown fields - Can't we find a way to clean-up unsafe (some 30 sites) in our own backyard?
